ICO THERAPEUTICS
iCo Therapeutics is a reprofiling company focused on redosing or reformulating drugs with clinical history for new or expanded indications. We have licensed Bertilimumab (iCo-008) for systemic uses. The drug was originally developed by Cambridge Antibody Technology (now MedImmune, the biologics division of AstraZeneca). iCo Therapautics licensed in the drug from CAT before granting Immune an option to in-license bertilimumab for non-ophthalmic indications. iCo retains the rights for the ophthalmic indications.
